With a rich history and heritage, the charming community of Lancaster, California, is a fabulous place to buy a home. Lancaster, along with Palmdale, is one of the principal cities of the Antelope Valley region of California’s High Desert. Additionally, it is only seventy miles north of downtown Los Angeles and is the thirty-first-largest city in the state.
More than one hundred and sixty-eight thousand people live in Lancaster today. It is a family-friendly community served by the Antelope Valley Union High School District, Eastside Union School District, Lancaster School District, and Westside Union School District. Comprising more than ninety-four square miles, it boasts a wide variety of housing choices ideally suited for homebuyers in all seasons of life.
