Also common amidst View Park properties are Mediterranean, Streamline Modern, Storybook, and Minimal Traditional architecture. This family-friendly neighborhood is often referred to as View Park/Windsor Hills, because they sit on the same hill, but View Park consists of the area north of Northridge, and Windsor Hills is the area south of that busy thoroughfare.

The neighborhood also boasts stunning views of Downtown Los Angeles because of its location in the hills. It also offers pleasant breezes, tall palm trees, and proximity to communities with excellent retailers and restaurants, such as Marina Del Rey and Culver City. Likewise, View Park/Windsor Hills is bordered by Ladera Heights on the west, Hyde Park on the south and east, and Baldwin Hills on the north. Furthermore, Santa Moncia and Century City are only twenty-five to forty-five minutes from View Park homes, while Burbank is roughly thirty-five to sixty-five minutes away.
